|Theodore Stern has extensive experience in leading companies and boards of directors. Prior to joining the board of inContact, Ted served as senior executive vice president and member of the board of directors of Westinghouse Electric Corporation. While there, 50,000 employees reported to him with business revenues totaling over $3 billion. After retiring from Westinghouse Electric, Ted served as vice chairman of the Board of Superconductivity, Inc., a technology company located in Madison, WI. He is currently on the board of directors of Distributed Energy Systems Corporation, a manufacturer of renewable generation systems located in Wallingford, CT. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Pratt Institute and a Master of Science degree in Theoretical Mathematics from New York University. Ted is also a member of the National Academy of Engineering.|

Paul Jarman is the CEO at inContact and he has been with the company since 1997. Named 2010 CEO of the Year by Utah Business Magazine, Paul is one of the pioneers of the cloud movement, recognizing it as one of the most significant technology trends that the software market ever experienced.
A visionary leader, Paul led inContact’s successful IPO on the NASDAQ and transformed the company from a reseller of telecommunications services to a software-as-a-service provider, paving the way for a new cycle of corporate growth. inContact is now recognized as the #1 provider of cloud-based contact center solutions, commanding a growing share in this estimated $8 billion market.
Prior to joining inContact, Paul was an executive with HealthRider, Inc. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Utah and is a Certified Public Accountant.

|Steve Barnett has spent the past 27 years as a principal and CEO of eight companies having annual revenues as high as $75 million and ranging from manufacturing and distribution to financial and management services. In 1970, he co-founded an equipment leasing company specializing in equipment for hospitals and healthcare facilities. Subsequently, he co-founded an international, turnkey hospital equipment company focused on the Latin American market. He served as CEO for both companies until 1986. Steve graduated from Carleton College with a Bachelor of Science degree and from the University of Chicago Law School with a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree. He practiced law in Chicago for five years.|

|Blake Fisher has been providing management and financial consulting to the telecommunications and utility industries since May 2002, including financial consulting to the USDA on the Rural Utilities Service’s broadband program. From May 2004 to the present, he has served as CFO for Fiber Utilities of Iowa, an entity that provides operation and construction services to municipal utilities. Previously, he held senior management positions with McLeodUSA, a telecommunications provider, including CFO, President of the Western Region and Chief Development Officer.|

|Paul F. Koeppe was President, CEO and founder of Superconductivity, Inc., a manufacturer of superconducting magnetic energy storage systems from 1988 to 1997 when it was acquired by American Superconductor, an electricity solutions company. He then served as Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning for American Superconductor until his retirement in 2001. From 1993 to 1995, Paul was acting CEO and chairman of the executive committee of the board of directors of Best Power, Inc., a supplier of uninterruptible power supply equipment. Beginning August 2009, he serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee for ZBB Energy Corporation, a manufacturer of large capacity energy storage systems, and served as Interim CEO from November 2009 until January 2010. Mr. Koeppe has also served as a Director of Distributed Energy Systems Corp., a public company engaged in the business of creating and delivering products and services to the energy marketplace and also as a Director of Northern Power Systems from 1998 to until 2003 when Northern was acquired by Distributed Energy Systems Corp. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Associate Degrees in Materials Management and Electrical Power Technology. Mr. Koeppe now serves as the chairman of the audit committee of ZBB Energy Corporation, which (together with his other experience) brings significant financial experience to our Board, as well as experience with sound corporate governance and internal control policies. Furthermore, his substantial experience as an executive officer followed by board service provides to us executive and employee compensation experience that we depend on to guide the policies we establish for compensating and incentivizing our employees.|
|Mark Emkjer has over 30 years of software and information technology experience specifically related to the Healthcare and Life Science industries. From 2003 to January 2009, Mark served as president and CEO of Accelrys, Inc., a publicly-traded company providing computational science software to the pharmaceutical, biotech and material science markets. During his tenure, Accelrys improved profitability and cash flow significantly. Mark has also served as president, CEO and board member for other software-based companies, including: Sunquest Information Systems, Inc., Pace Health Management Systems, Inc., and Hospital Cost Consultants, Inc. Mark holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Science from Florida Atlantic University.|
Mr. Hamid Akhavan has been the Chief Executive Officer of the Siemens Enterprise Communications Group since February 2010. He previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Deutsche Telekom Group from July 2009 and Chairman of the Executive Operating Board at Deutsche Telekom. From December 2006 to July 2009, Mr. Akhavan served as Chief Executive Officer of T-Mobile International AG. Prior to his appointment as its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Akhavan worked at T-Mobile International for five years and was appointed to its board of management in December 2002.
Mr. Akhavan holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from California Institute of Technology. He also holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
